Policies

Appointments
Appointments are encouraged to be requested online, by text and via email. If you would like to discuss your appointment via phone, please keep in mind that I work alone, and it may take me until the end of the business day to be able to answer all of your questions.  


Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives an ample time to schedule another client. Clients who fail to cancel within 24 hours of their appointment time will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card. 


Late Arrivals

In order to remain on schedule for all clients, your service time may be shortened if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply.

No Shows
Clients who fail to show for their appointment the first time will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card. If they no show the second time, the full service amount will be charged on the card left at booking. 

Deposits

There is no deposit required at this time when booking a service for lash extensions, lash & brow tinting as well as waxing services. 

Payment
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash and Venmo. We do not accept personal checks or Discover card.
